    Hello,

I’ve been using your plugin for a couple of years and it is truly awesome. Recently, we had the need to change our website to a marketplace. So, we are working with Dokan. However, there is an uncompatibility with your plugin and I’m not talking about any specific function of Dokan’s plugin or yours. The problem is that everytime I try to see the Woocommerce order page, there is a fatal error. Once I desactivate Cusrev the error doesn’t appear anymore. This is the error log:

2024/01/25 20:29:21 [error] 7828#7828: *296 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 17559552 bytes) in /www/y4nomadsperu_884/public/wp-includes/class-wp-scripts.php on line 255” while reading response header from upstream, client: 38.25.12.60, server: staging-y4nomadsperu.kinsta.cloud, request: “GET /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order HTTP/2.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php8.1-fpm-y4nomadsperu.sock:”, host: “staging-y4nomadsperu.kinsta.cloud:53840”, referrer: “https://staging-y4nomadsperu.kinsta.cloud/wp-admin/”

I wonder if you could take a look at it, please. We really want to keep using your plugin and we currently have almost 2000 reviews on Cusrev.

    Kind regards,

    Edson

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

The first thing, you should increase the WP memory limit, maybe 512M or 1024M. You can follow this article to increase that value https://jetpack.com/blog/wordpress-memory-limit/

Second, if the issue persists, it could be a conflicting issue with another plugin. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress and recheck this issue.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

Raising your memory limit to 512MB or even 1GB is not really a great solution here, as that is way too high. I would look into why you need this much memory to begin with. Maybe segment off some things, or trim some fat.
