problems with photos in Word Press

My website https://www.nkscouting.com
has 3 problems that I need fixed. They all have to do with photos on my website.

1. No medium-sized photo appears to the left of the
article that starts with “10, Brandon Polk, is one….” One should be there.
2 When I DO get a photo there, the next one, which is
150 x 150, is a smaller size than the larger one which
was just seen leading off the article.
3. The 150 x 150 photos don’t have any text below them.
They also don’t have grey backgrounds that go around the
outside of the photos. They’re also missing the grey
that the letters of the description for each photo
used to have.
