Problems with pdf not uploaded in wp-uploads folder

    Hello,

    Am I correct that you have a WordPress installation on https://www.funivie.org/web/, but the files are stored elsewhere, and not related to that WordPress installation in any way?

    We made some changes to improve performance for the vast majority of our users, and that might resulted in situations like yours, when the PDF is located elsewhere (outside of WordPress directory structure on a different level) it is no longer rendered.

    We are gather the information before deciding on a fix.

    Yes, the PDF files are still saved within the domain https://www.funivie.org, but not in the /web/ structure of wordpress.

    The problem is quite urgent because there are dozens of contents stored in this way.

    Please update to the latest v5.2.2 of the paid version of the plugin. We fixed that issue today.
