problems with pages and posts not showing correctly

Hi all,

I created my pages which i want to appear on the second navigation bar ( am using the genesis lifestyle template). for some reasons I do not know the pages do not appear on the navigation bar. have been trying all day to sort this out but no chance, only the post Fashion Necklaces is showing. How can I get my About and Contact pages to actually show on navigation bar? also when i activate the CKeditor everything goes, the default text editor is so depressing. any alternative to this will be much appreciated.
