Problems with Ozh’s Click Counter – Does it work with WP 1.5 and theme Default?

I’ve been trying to get Ozh’s click counter working in my blog (theme WP-default (German)). Everybody tells me it works fine. Mine works, too, counts all clicks on any link.
Only the links don’t work anymore (“page not found”). ??
Where is the trick?
