Problems with OSM

    Since update on version 4.3.5 on a customers site I have a problem with using Complianz/OpenStreetMap.
    I am using OSM-Plugin from MiKa latest version.
    Even if all cookies are accepted OSM remains deactivated.
    I already deletet all cookies and run the assistant again but the problems remains.

    Now I will temporarily deactivate Complianz and use another cookie-plugin.
    But I really want to come back to complianz as I really love the plugin.

    Any hints?

    Thank you for reaching out with your question. Could you maybe temporarily activate Complianz again so we can have a look at why it is not working?

    Do you also have any caching and or minification plugins activated? If so, would you mind temporarily switching those off as well?

    ups, sorry.
    Yes, now I deleted all cached data and switched off cache and minimizing.

    oh dear I see that the site is down at the moment.

    @rainerknappe We managed to reproduce the issue on our test environment. Looking for a solution as we speak.

    Meanwhile you can temporarily disable the Complianz cookieblocker and enable caching+minification again.

    We’ll keep you posted.

    @rainerknappe ouch.. That should not have anything to do with this issue. We are testing on our sandbox environment and working towards a solution.

    Hi @rainerknappe,

    We have created a fix for the issue with the Open Street Maps plugin. The placeholder conflicted with a fix we implemented in the previous update, which enables placeholders for Ajax loaded content.

    We will release the fix in our next update. Meanwhile, you can download the update from GitHub: https://github.com/rlankhorst/complianz-gdpr/tree/osm-fix
