Problems with orders and control panel

Hello,
I am having several problems on my site.
1. First problem:
Order emails no longer arrive in my inbox.

2. Sometimes, when customers place orders and select cash on delivery or in-store pickup as payment, the order repeats at least 4 times. The customer only places an order but we receive 4 all the same.
