    Dear WooCommerce Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my WooCommerce store using the Orbital theme. The product displays are showing raw HTML code, which is causing an unappealing appearance on my website. Here are the details:

    1. Theme: Orbital
    2. Issue: Product displays are showing HTML code instead of formatted content
    3. Example of what’s visible on the site:

Harina de Lentejas Rojas Eco 1kg
    8.01€
    Alimentos Saludables
    Comprar

This raw HTML is visible on the frontend of my site, creating an unprofessional appearance and potentially confusing customers.

I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce
    • Clearing site and browser cache
    • Ensuring WooCommerce and the Orbital theme are up to date

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that the product information displays correctly without showing the HTML markup?

    Hi @margottome

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Additionally, please note that this is a third-party theme, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. If conflict testing makes no difference, it would be best to reach out to the theme developer for further assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
