• Hi,

I am very happy with your theme, but am having issues with it in Internet Explorer. The “add to cart” buttons do not work in Internet Exploer when I am using your theme. Works fine in Chrome. When I switch to the Twenty Ten theme the “add to cart” buttons work fine again in Internet Explorer. Can you help please?

    Hi,

great to hear you like the theme!

It’s strange that the add to cart buttons aren’t working for you in IE. Are they just not clickable? Could you tell me which version of IE you’re using?

    Yes, not clickable.

It seems to be the variable products that the add to cart button is not clickable in Internet Explorer. Are you looking into this? It works fine in Twenty Ten, but not in Oceanic Premium.

I’m keen to debug this problem but I don’t seem to be able to recreate it.

Is there an email address where I can mail you a screenshot of what I’m seeing?

You can upload screenshots on the web and just link to them here, no emails required.

I’ve created a test environment with a variable product and I was able to add it to my cart using IE11.

Is it possible that there could be another factor causing the issue? Such as an additional plugin?

That seems to be the problem. I went in and deactivated all my plugins except for woocommerce, then re activated your theme and it works! Now I guess I need to reactivate the plugins one by one and see which one is the problem. Is that something you would want to know? Thanks for your help. It just never occurred to me it would be a plugin since it worked fine in Chrome. Thanks!

@ifreelancelot, Can you forward your customers onto your own private support?

@cestlaviehomedecor Great to hear you got it sorted. Yes please do let me know which was the problematic plugin.

@anevins Can do. What is the correct protocol for forwarding customers to my private support? I get most of my support enquiries via my website but I currently don’t have a site dedicated to theme support.
