    When someone registers on the website, I have the option to verify it, but I don’t receive the email. Other emails do arrive, or if I change the option for the client to register themselves, emails do arrive to the client and to me.

    What could be the problem?

    Have you set the “Registration Status” to “Require Admin Review”
    for the UM Role assigned to the User at Registration?

    Have you enabled the “Account Needs Review Notification” email?

    If you have done these settings, you can log all outgoing emails
    by the “Check & Log Email” plugin and verify that UM is sending the email.

    If the UM Notification email is found in the outgoing emails log
    you may have a spam filter issue at your email server.
