problems with NextGEN Gallery plugin

  • Hello,
    I’m having some problems with NextGEN Gallery plugin, it worked just fine until couple of days ago. but now the Slideshow is Not Working not on the gallery in my static page, and not on my side bar widget, but the picture list works just fine. i’d tried to uninstall & reinstall the plugin but with no success, i see always the black circle trying to reload the slideshow. and when i’m trying to upload new images to a gallery i get this message ID 1: A failure occurred
    i appreciate any solution
