Problems with New Users Registration

    Hi Guys
    Im not familiar with Ultimate Member at all and Im tasked to fix this issue on a website someone ells had set up so I don’t even know where to begin troubleshooting this.

    When new users register on the front end -after clicking submit the page loads but then stays on the registration form with the Users detail just without the passwords – essentially looking like an unsuccessful registration – When you try and register again you are unable to do so and t will tell you your username is incorrect or that the email address is already been used. At the same time, the user is actually successfully registered but they receive o confirmation etc.

    Where do I start troubleshooting this?
    Has anyone encountered this problem before?

    Your Registration issue is because of this caching plugin.

    Solution:

    Don’t cache pages Login, Register, Password Reset.
    Don’t cache pages Account and User (a profile page).
