Problems with new Update

What other plugins do you have installed? The canonical link still remains in other sites with the 0.6.2 version active. I suspect one of your other plugins is conflicting. I suggest toggling the others off one-by-one to find the conflict.

I deactivated all but the Problem is still there and I have heard from others facing issues with the latest updates

I do not recall any reports of the canonical link being omitted from the response.

If you downgrade to 0.6.1 or 0.6.0 does the issue go away?
