problems with multiple file download

    Hi there Richard,

    I am using your plugin and have problem when downloading multiple files from external links. I have read your FAQ, you mentioned that if I want to handle with external file links, I should choose links only for multiple file settings. I did that, but links don’t work. If I choose links+button option, links work, but button not. You can check my website below(settings set on links only)

    Hi mate, try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Download Now, and change your theme to the default Twenty Seventeen theme.

    Also ensure your site is fully updated, WordPress and WooCommerce and my plugin.

    disabled all plugins, problem is the same. wordpress and download now are both updated

    With the following info:

    1. WooCommerce version number
    2. WooCommerce download method (force, redirect etc)
    3. What settings you changed in my plugin from default
    4. Links to your external files exactly as they appear on your WooCommerce product files fields
    5. The product settings for that product (so I can create an identical product on my test site)

    Also before you send the email try it with the PDF viewer option disabled.

    Describe what you mean by “same problem” please mate.

    i publish a product with multi external link for free.

    in product page i can see list of files but if i click on it, the links is not work and not download any file.

    but if my link is internal link i have no problem

    i dequeue your files.

    after disable dequeue, your plugin work true.
