    Hello,
I’m interested in the Pro Version, but I have some questions beforehand.
I would like to offer “buy 1 get 1 for free” and I already tried it with the free version.
    Unfortunately I have this problem:
If a customer choose 1 product, he is able to choose 1 variation of this product for free. This works great.
But if he is going to buy 2 products, he is not able to choose an other variation for free.

The first variation he chose, is increased by 1, so the customer gets two same free product variations. If he buys 3, he will get 3 same free products.

For e.g. he buys a white T-Shirt and choose a black one for free (buy 1 get 1 free).
If he buys two white T-Shirts, he can not choose a black one and a red one. At the moment he will get two black one for free because it’s not possible to choose some other variations if you multiple the “Buy 1 get 1 free” offer.

Is there a chance to allow the customer to choose several variations for free products?

    thank you

    Hi @fishcandy2020,

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

Unfortunately, the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin doesn’t provide the provision to select the quantity of the giveaway when the specific product type BOGO coupon is used.

Because of that, currently, it is not possible to select the variations separately. As an alternative, your buyer can select a variant when the eligibility count is 1 and then increase the product quantity so they can choose the next free product. That way they can select different variations using the same coupon.

Please note that the plugin’s workflow is designed in this manner to provide flexibility in handling different complex scenarios.

However, we value your feedback, and we will certainly consider implementing the functionality in future releases of the plugin.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
