Problems with more than 1 event in the same day

Unfortunately, we don’t have mode_rewrite in our server, and we can’t try without index.php

Yes I have, I’ve even changed the url in case he had conflicts with other pages or categories…

have you tried temporarily disabling other plugins and/or using the default WP theme?

when doing this save your permalinks again after disabling plugins/themes and again when reenabling them.

I think if you’re able to do this easily to rule out a lot of possible causes / problems.

Maybe you have another server that has mod_rewrite that you could do a quick test on?

yes, you can try that or replicate your site locally using wamp then turn-on mod_rewrite
