• Hello,

I am currently building a site at this link:
    https://www.shaundowney.com/shaundowney/

The site looks fine on any desktop and even the iPad. My problem is how it looks on the iPhone….it scales everything to fit the screen and stretches all the pages, images etc. out of proportion. Since this is an art website I can’t have the images stretched as it looks bad. I have searched the forums and can find no answers.
All I want to know is:

Can I disable or change the built in responsive structure for this theme so it looks the same as the desktop version when the site is viewed on iPhones???? I am using the Attitude theme. Please help!!

  • Hello!

I would like to start off by saying that your site looks absolutely beautiful. I just tested it on my iPhone, and it looks great. Either you must have fixed whatever issue you had, or it was some bizarre mishap. Either way, the site looks wonderful, I just have one question: How did you change the menu item color to grey? I would greatly appreciate if you could help me out, here is a post I made about the topic.

    Thank you!

Hello. Thanks for the compliment, it’s my husband’s art. But the iPhone version of the site does NOT look fine. It still scales all the images to fit the width of the screen so they are stretching way out of wack. It looks terrible and no one seems to have the solution. I really would like to know if there is in fact a solution or if I need to just rebuild the site using a theme that is more iPhone friendly. I really don’t want to do that…..still waiting for some help. Not sure what you mean by “How did you change the menu item color to grey? ”

I’m telling you, it looks just fine on my iPhone.

Here is a link to what it looks like.

Try clicking on any of the image thumbnails, they stretch and conform to the width of the iPhone screen. I can’t have this happening and must change it. Does anyone know what I’m talking about??? I really need the solution ASAP or some advice would help.
