Problems with mobile

I am receiving complaints from customers that my online store is unusable on their mobile devices. This is a significant concern because most of them are coming from Instagram; they are unlikely to switch to a different device. This seems to be an issue with how the theme is rendering on mobile. Here are a couple of screenshots:

I am using iPhone 12 Pro with Chrome and that doesn’t work either. It seems like it may be a lack of compatibility with WooCommerce. Is that true? Are fixes planned? If not I may need to find a new theme …
