    Hi @mrzpro ,

We opened your tours in Microsoft Edge browsers on multiple PCs.

All 3 of your tours appeared perfectly on our browsers.

Can you please tell us which version of Microsoft Edge you’re using?

If you’re using an older version, update it and try to clear the cache before loading the tours.

Even if your browser version is the latest one, try to clear the cache and load the tours again.

    Thanks.

The version of Edge used is 44.18362.449.0 and it should be the last one since there are no updates available. I had already tried to clean the cache but for security I have redone it and, it shows absolutely nothing, none of the three

Hi @mrzpro , we will need the following information.

Go to Dashboard > WPVR > Get Started. On top, click on the Settings menu.
Give a Screenshot of this page.

    Thanks.

Hi @mrzpro , yesterday when we checked the links you provided, the tours were loading, but today they are not loading.

Did you install any new plugins in the last 24 hours?

If you have any caching and optimization plugin, then you have excluded WPVR from those plugins. Let us know if you have any such plugins.

The other possibility is that there is a conflict with another plugin.

The best way to find out which plugin it is conflicting with is to take a few mins and follow the steps below:

    Step1:
Deactivate all the plugins except WPVR then check if the tour works on the page. If it doesn’t then inform us immediately. If it does, then follow the next step.

    Step2:
Activate each plugin one by one and check if the tour works on the page.

In this way, you can identify which plugin WPVR is conflicting with and let us know so that we can give further instructions.

    Thanks.

Hi, I followed the instructions and deactivated all the plugins at the end I found the culprit is Frank Goossens’ Async Javascript (futtta) … what can be done to avoid problems?

Is it possible to customize dimensions?

Hi, if it is really important for you to continue using Async Javascript plugin, then you can try excluding WPVR from the plugin settings.

    See image.

Let us know if it solves the issue.

    Thanks.

To customize dimensions, you can follow this guide:

Customizing the dimensions of a Virtual Tour

Also, can you let us know if the virtual your now works on Microsoft Edge for you?

    Thanks.
