Problems with MEDIA UPLOADER, STATS and WRITE POST

I have contacted my host and they have fixed as much as they can but still to no avail.
Let me explain my problems.

1. The Media Uploader will not work via FLASH UPLOADER , I can use the browser uploader, it seems to be a problem with FLASH. I have updated my flash to 10…I am using the latest version of wordpress… cleared my cache, restarted my browser and it still isn’t working.
I have checked through previous threads and tried all methods to fix this, not working…….

2. The Site Stats graph will NOT load. Again … a flash problem? Yet my flash is updated and working?

3. I do not have the full option on WRITE POST … I have no centre align, right align…and perhaps other things but I can’t remember what was there in the first place.

I have deactivated all plugins and I am still having these problems.
Please help ASAP.
