I just loaded the plugin and found some show stopper issues. Examples are shown below where possible.

    1) went to settings and changed the date format to be j-M-y which should show dates as 13-Dec-16 and it does show them like that but the Date Picker form now does not work correctly – when editing an existing event – it now shows a BLANK in the FROM date and in the TO date it shows j-Dec-16 – you have to go and manually select both dates every time even though you are editing an existing event. All date picker fields have a problem now.

    2) On the master events page I get “OOPS Something Went Wrong in the search bar ?

    3) Maps do not work – the address is correct. But I just get Map Unavailable – How do I solve that ?

    4) When you have more than one ticket type – on the events page the columns of Ticket Type, Price and Spaces are all squished together.

I am not a PHP programmer but grateful for any help.

  • I see your map issue is now fixed. Did you do something, did someone reach out to you, or did it magically start working for you?

The maps just started working – perhaps it took some time for the API to register with Google – I don’t know – but yes its OK now. the date formats are still a bit of a problem – The Plugin doesn’t seem to recognize the recommended date formats – and the squished ticket types are also an issue when used.

New API keys can take a while to work, so that sounds like it was the issue.

    1) This sounds like a possible conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    2) That seems to be the standard WordPress search box, therefore not related to Events Manager per se.

    4) This is a theme issue. You’d need to add the CSS you want to use to the style.css file of your theme.
