• Hey all hope somebody could help, I have some issues and question hope they are easy to solve.
    side note: I had some issues with my old ad ccount so I had to open a new one therefor creating a new pixel to my site and replacing it with my old one via this plugin.(thats where issues accoutered haha)

    1.It seems that my old data, from the old pixel, such as costume audience is still on the plugin although my new pixel is connected (plugin shows connection is all good) and I cannot erase all that old costume audience?

    2. more on that Subject, my new costume audience that Iv created with the new pixel, using pixel caffeine is synced to Facebook, but it is not showing on the plugin?

    3.As far from Facebook side and the plugin the pixel is connected, but when I check it using the pixel helper extension it is showing that There is an error.

    4.Question: Why Is there a difference in the total amount of audience that visit my site (regarding past data collected) between Facebook pixel and google analytics. I had in the past 90 days something like 3000 users (checked with analytics), but the pixel only collected 500 (when you create total site audience facebook lets you collect past data). ?

    Hi,

    1. At now, the custom audiences are saved in the database independently from the Facebook account. If you want, you can erase them, but if in the future you’ll want to go back to the previous account, you won’t have them anymore.

    2. I didn’t understand very well. The flow of custom audiences is from pixel caffeine to Facebook and not from Facebook to custom audience. So, if you created a custom audience from Facebook ads manager, you won’t have it in pixel caffeine admin.

    3. What error exactly? Could you share a screenshot or paste here the error you have?

    4. How is the custom audience configured? What filters are set in it?

    Hey (@antoscarface) thanks for the reply.

    1.regarding the erasing, i couldn’t understand the answer. costume audience are from the previous pixel, so i can only erase them via facebook? because throw pixel caffiene i cant. more on that iv disabled my old ad account does this matter.

    2.this basically a follow to the previous question, but iv created that audience via pixel affiance and not Facebook.

    3.Well In seems like its working now hahahah except for this message pixel warning

    4.side note: iv created this global audience via facebook so like You said that can cause problems? this is the audience settings the collect old data is not there but it was checked image

    I’m sorry if I’m having trouble to understand your questions.

    1/2. One thing I didn’t understand yet: where do you want to erase them? From Pixel Caffine or from Facebook or from both? If you want to remove from Pixel Caffine, you should be able to do it from Custom Audiences tab of the plugin settings. If you want to do in both sides, I can suggest you to connect temporary to the oldest pixel and remove the custom audience from pixel caffeine, in this way the plugin will delete automatically also from facebook and then connect back to the newest pixel.

    3. This happens because you haven’t any product catalog yet in your facebook account ?? Here some info: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/890714097648074

    4. No problem if you create the custo maudience via Facebook, it should work without problem. So, do you have few people in yet? Maybe you need time for Facebook that collects users.

    Hi Again,
    Its ok regarding the understanding All good.

    1.Yes Im trying to erase them from pixel caffeine and it wont let me!
    Il tell you the truth im worried of changing again to the old pixel but maybe il try!! more regarding the issue. is that when i create the audience from the plugin I cant view it inside the plugin (audience tab), just the old audience that where created within the plugin are there from the old pixel.

    2.Iv already uploaded my product catalog the issue is that its showing this errors on Facebook and I dont know how to approach this. (my theory is that maybe the old pixel data or something like this interfering/conflicting, but this is from an unexperienced stand point)

    3.I do get people in the audience right now its 500. but like mentioned before when Iv looked up at my google analytics stats, just in the past month there where more then 2000 users/sessions.

    1. Why doesn’t it let you do that? Is there some error? Also, after you created the custom audience, if you haven’t any error you should see the custom audience in the table, it’s should be impossible that it doesn’t appear! ?? Maybe is it in another page of the table? Sorry for the silly question, but it’s the only one thing I think about this strange thing! ??

    2. Check with Pixel Helper if the Pixel ID is the right one. It should the same you set in the general settings. Do you have another installed plugin for Facebook Pixel?

    3. If you see the pixel fired properly from the Pixel Helper, everything should be correct. So, if Facebook tells you there are 500 users, it should be correct! Facebook should collects users by matching something in own algorithm and most probably matching the real users from facebook. So, most probably not all ~2000 people have a profile in facebook. This could be the reason.

    Hey again,

    1. Thats What I Thought But, Every custom audience that I make doesnt show. On the past Iv had pages like you mentioned, but when iv installed the new pixel, the moment iv crated my first custom audience the pages numbers tab disappeared. and since then I cant view the audience ??

    2.Crazy pixel haha, now product catalog is good, but again pixel helper shows “page view” error and doesnt show the other pixel codes that were there before. its like its only updating when it gets fired (my case there was a purchuse). I tell you the truth if its working that way I dont care, i jut want to be sure!

    3.Yeah you probably right. just for knowladge facebook pixel only grabs people who are Facebook users? do they need to be connected to facebook?

    1. could you please share a video where you create the custom audience? I can suggest this chrome extension to do that: https://www.screencastify.com/ Without it, it’s really hard for me undertstand what happens.

    2. sometimes facebook delays to give you infromation! ?? Anyway, if you occur again in error, please share me the error message you have.

    3. Yes, it should track the users connected to facebook, in order to have the real facebook accounts where show ads or something similar.
