Hi, I need your help please.

I don’t understand why while the plugin is active, cannot login, even with the administrator username and password, that isn’t a good practice but is part of my tests. I’m talking about the form that use the theme (You find it on main menu of website – Open in a popup). When I use admin credentials on form …/wp-admin, I can login without problem with enable or disable plugin.

When use form on pupup only show the message “Login failed! Incorrect login or password!” and obviously the credentials are correct.

Register like user is possible when plugin is disable, and login too, but when activating the plugin both functionalities stop working

Please use these credentials to do some test, I will leave the plugin active:
    User:
    Pass:

Thanks a lot for any help or idea please. Regards!

@rgaleano These are public forums, indexed and cached by search engines like Google, so please change that password immediately!

Someone from Wordfence will reply to you shortly regarding your report, and they will not need to log in to your site to address this.

Hi @rgaleano, thanks for your message.

If you haven’t already, please follow James’ advice to either delete the user, or change the password that was provided here. Aside from being publicly available to anybody, we cannot sign in or remote-access sites of Wordfence Free customers as part of support.

Our Login Security module only currently works with WordPress and WooCommerce default login/registration pages. If you have 2FA and/or reCAPTCHA enabled, custom forms like the one seen in the modal popup will return errors as the expected input will not match up. Demand for inclusion on customer /my-account pages has increased since our initial WooCommerce compatibility release so this will be included in an upcoming release.

I hope that helps you out!

    Peter.
