Problems with login to wordpress 4.3

    hi there
    i did new website on wp4.3
    after shutdowning admin bar on site viewing – i cannot login again with my log/pass
    i had to change it 3 times until found that bag
    i can’t include link, website is on my own, localhost
    other sites are ok

    p.s. how can i change it without reinstall wp?
