• on my localhost machine i have a host called “https://faro.local” in order to work with e2pdf properly. everything is just fine. i make my changes and after that i push the database with wp migrate pro plugin to live server. but then i need to reactivate the free license. thats okay for me. but problem is i can not use my template any longer. when i want to activate it, i get the message “Templates Limit Reached”. but it is and already was my only template ever. what can i do?

    Issue happened as old template was not deactivated before you migrated database.

    If you have successfully restored License Key:

    1. Register and activate account at https://e2pdf.com.

    2. Go at your WP Admin Dashboard and put your email under “E2Pdf” -> “Settings” -> “E2Pdf Connected Account”.

    3. Website must appear at https://e2pdf.com/dashboard/sites where you will be able to “deactivate” previously activated E2Pdf Template by clicking on Templates number: https://prnt.sc/117iau4

    Or let us know please your website URL so we can deactivate it for you.

    P.S. You can also add your local website, in case if it will be reinstalled to know the “FREE” License Key as if website will be removed without plugin removing it will be need to apply previously assigned “License Key” to restore activation.

    We know about the issue and future update will contain possibility to deactivate deleted templates from WP Admin Dashboard.

    1. already tried that. seems your mail delivery is broken. did not receive any email. i have an account but can not reset password. do not receive any mail. nothing in spam

    my client tried to order the 10 templates license and has the same problem. he do not receive any email. thats probably the worst case scenario for you guys!

    It was defined incorrect email upon purchase process by client.

    Do you use email on gmx.net? If yes, we see that there is issue with email delivery due their spam filter. We currently sent them inquiry about it and hope it will be resolved soon.

    If we identified you correctly we manually activated your account and changed password to your email address so you must be able to login now. After login you must be able to change password.

    We remain at your service.
