Problems with Loading WP

Greetings Everyone:

I’m having problems getting WP to start
I change the wp-config.php
On this line code they say its right
/** MySQL hostname */
define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’);

When I try to stall with install.php
I get a error
Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin/index.php was not found on this server.

Note sure what version of WP I’m have I know its not the newest. Is there away to find out.

Info about the hosting company
Hosting name is UIA uia.net
Their server is running PHP 506 and MySQL 5.6
Note I don’t think this hosting site in general
They have no CPanel nor do I have access to the db or the SQL

Any help would be great.
