    Hello

I have purchased a package with 5 extensions for the Catalog X plugin.
After installing and activating them on the website, while testing it on the free webhost 000webhostapp.com (this website is still under construction and not Live yet) I got an error ‘this page is not working. :(‘.
I moved the website back to localhost to see if this would help, however I’m now getting an error on my admin panel that the License key is invalid.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Duerinckx Sander.

    Hi @duerinckx,

Thank you for using the premium package! We’re sorry to hear that you had problems on the free hosting. Perhaps there is a problem with the server configuration? Do you know the exact error that appears?

You can easily manage your license website in the customer panel. This will help you to solve the license error when moving to another installation.

Please contact us directly so we can help you through our premium support channels: https://implecode.com/support/. This way we will be able to figure out what is going on and help immediately.

On the community support forum we’re unable to get your license key or license email without compromising it.

    Hello again

First of all thank you for the fast reply.
I logged into the Customer Panel as you mentioned and found out where to change the license website. Since the website is probably going online within a month (and I can only change the license website once each month), I’ll wait with replacing the license untill it actually goes live to prevent running into the same problem then and not being able to change it untill the month is over.

As for now the extensions work fine to test the website, and I now know how to change the site license once is does go online.

Thank you very much for the help! ??

    Much appreciated,
    Duerinckx Sander.
