Problems with K2 theme

    I FTP’d the K2 theme to my WP folders and get the following error message. “The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.”

    Any suggestions?

  • most likely you uploaded the “k2” folder as a subfolder of another folder.

    The theme files need to be located at:

    /wp-content/themes/k2/style.css
    /wp-content/themes/k2/index.php

    etc..

    if this isnt the problem, my only other suggestion is to check the file permissions

    Permissions have nothing to do with that. If they did, the OP wouldnt be told the theme is incomplete.
