    Hi I used a parallax template and I’ve had problems but only using safari on iPhone. I have 24/7 happiness engineer support. Originally there was a huge gap above the parallax (only on safari)and they managed to fix it. However, both various engineers and myself only see the image as a static one. On various android devices it works as it should. The parallax template I am referring to is the slimmer one. Thanks

    It seems you haven’t shared the live website url to understand the problem clearly. Please share the live website url and some screenshots also (if possible). We will inspect the problem and let you know the update as soon as we can.

    I have a static page. I have removed it and password protected the site. The page we are discussing is the ‘about us’ page. The password is ‘bugfix’. You will only see the problem on safari. I appreciate your support on this matter.

    You haven’t shared the live website url which I have asked in my earlier reply. Without checking the live website properly we will not be able to find out the problem and give you proper solution.

    It seems the problem is occuring on iPhone’s safari browser only. But I didn’t find any ElementsKit widget that is responsible for this issue. Infact, the parallax you are using is not from our widget also.

    To be sure, please deactivate ElementsKit plugin. After deactivating our plugin if the issue still persists then it is not our plugin issue at all. But after deactivating our plugin if the issue resolved then please open a support ticket at our support center. We will look into the issue properly and let you know the update as soon as we can.
