Problems with Iphone

    Hi Andy

    I’m getting reports from one or two users that when viewing the page in the link, Iphone users get a blank box. Apparently it works fine on an Ipad and I know it’s good on a desktop and Android phone. I can’t test it myself (I can’t afford such luxuries as Iphones!) and I can’t see anything on the support site that specifically refers to Iphones. I’m using the Divi theme but I’ve stopped the “fitvids” script from loading on that page.

    Any ideas?

    I have occasionally seen this. Reloading the page usually brings up the PDF. I don’t have any idea why this occurs and I cannot consistently replicate it. I believe it has to do with connecting with the Google Viewer.

    Thanks Andy. The bloke who said he couldn’t see them on the iPhone now can but only half the page on the iPad!! Getting Google and Apple to talk to each other would be akin to getting the Pope elected Chief Rabbi!

    I’ll put a note on the page telling Apple users to contact me if they have a problem. Perhaps sending a printed copy by snail mail would solve it.

    Incidentally, I would like to record my thanks for an excellent plug-in. Does everything I need (even if I’m not an Apple user).

    You’re welcome. I’ve always been able to see the PDF on mobile even if after a few page reloads.
