    Hi,

I’m having some problems to have the plugin working in Internet Explorer. The selected area start blinking and it’s impossible to click to show more info.

I already tried to remove the tag <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=10,chrome=1″ /> as you said in another support thread, but other problem appeared: I can click in one area, but then cannot click in another. The plugin “crashes”.

In your website, I tried to use demos too. But other problem appears: it’s possible to click, but the selected area don’t appears.

Can you help me with that? I need to get this work to show to client and buy the paid version.

    Regards,
    Jo?o

    Hello Jo?o, (@jppmateus)

Draw Attention should work fine in Microsoft Edge, but we unfortunately can’t support Internet Explorer.

Explorer was released 5 years ago and many of the basic browser features we rely on for SSA just never got added to IE11.

Internet Explorer usage has fallen below 1.8% of all browsers [https://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_explorer.asp] so we recommend that clients and site visitors upgrade to Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox. to get the best experience with Draw Attention.

Sorry that’s not the easiest answer, but we need certain features available in the browser to support our highlighting functionality.
