    When you make a site https:, you really need to fully commit to it. Your images are still being referenced with http:, and so they won’t load on the https: site because of the mismatch.

    Note that this mismatch is one way only. It works fine the other way around.

    So, the solution is to edit your posts and change the URLs you use for those images to all be https: specifically. Then they’ll load anywhere.

    Thanks – That is interesting because I did not have this problem until the upgrade to version 4.4

    Actually, you probably did, you just didn’t notice it. It is possible for sites that you approve to sometimes bypass that. When you upgraded, lots of stuff changed, which means it’s kind of a “new” site. Also srcsets would be added to the images in 4.4, changing the URLs being used for them.
