This looks like a bug to me – or maybe the options are so well hidden that I did not find them?
Whenever I try to insert an image, it only gets inserted as a background!!!! And it’s really IMPOSSIBLE to get the proper dimensions, it seems as if there is some predefined locked square form no matter which image size and form one inserts. No, it was not possible to get it fixed with any of the “settings” options from either the block or the image itself ….
    So where’s the trick?
I need to inset an image which has a rectangular shape, how can I get that done please !?

    Thx

    Hi Candy,

Brizy image element is based on container, our image module resize and crop your image based on container sizes.

Brizy images are working a little different than other page builders.

Can you specify what you mean “crop your image based on container sizes”? There really is no way to add a logo to a site without it being cut off because your image container always cuts it off on either the top & bottom or on the side. It appears there is a required aspect ratio for logos but it’s not clear to me what that is.

By the way: your demo content does not have that problem. I can replace an image used as logo and it will flexibly resize. This does not happen in the page builder.

FYI: I added a block, two columns within that block, and inserted an image in the leftmost column.

Please advise. I spent days setting up a page and now it looks like there’s no way to add a logo without cutting it off…
