Problems with Identifier exists [identifier_exists]

    Hello,

    As my old feed system does not set the condition attribute i am now testing yours. But i get problem with the identifier exist attribute which always show NO.

    Most of my products has mpn, gtin, sku and brand set but still identifier exist shows NO. Below pasted values from one of my products.

    gtin – 7034998001094
    mpn – 55359443
    brand – Osean
    identifier_exists – no

    I can not find how to deactivate the identifier exist. Should be and option as it is just optional in google.

    So far, it seems that you’re experiencing an issue with the identifier_exists. Even if your item has the GTIN/MPN and Brand values, it’s resulting in a no. According to the condition, it should be yes.

    It would be helpful if you share your feed link with us. However, If you manually include the field or attribute identifier_exits, please exclude it from the feed since it will be included automatically. Another issue might arise with the Brand. Is the brand value coming from an attribute through a third-party plugin, or is it a text value? If the Brand value comes from an attribute, please let us know which plugin you’re using to manage the Brand. It will help us specify the issue promptly and find a possible solution for you. Also, we suggest you, use the latest version of CTX Feed to avoid such an issue.

    Hello,

    I belive i have the latest version, downloaded yesterday. Here you can see the complete feed:
    https://www.arctic-fritid.no/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/google/xml/prisjakt.xml

    I am using Custom Reviews Plugin (cusrev) for gtin, brand and mpn. All three is served via postmeta.

    Anyway, it is no big deal as i am using the feed with prisjakt.no and for that use it works very well. The identifier_exists is not in use by them. So no stress to fix this.

    Great! However, there might be an issue with the postmeta’s value that doesn’t change identifier_exists. Hopefully, we will improve it soon.
