Just updated to version 2.9 today and after that The Home Page Setting panel don’t work anymore. Neither the text in the page title or the description is displayed in the code on the live site. I have chosen disable at static frontpage both in the Home Page Setting panel and in WordPress read settings. Dont know what the problem is. Can you please help?

I have the same issue. I just update to 2.9.1 and this not fixed nothing.
I have all the options correctly setup. The problem is: the plugin is not working.
This problem is not related with the 2.6 release.

Nothing was done in version 2.9.1 to address this issue, because we aren’t able to reproduce it. Five people worked for hours to attempt to reproduce it, and we unable to.

The most likely reason that SEO meta is missing is because the option for SEO for Content Types is set to Disabled (https://semperplugins.com/documentation/custom-post-type-settings/#seo-for-custom-post-types). If it is disabled then enable it and see if it resolves your problem.
