Problems with Google Map API

Hello, since December, Google Maps changed the way to access the Google API, now it is mandatory to enter data from a valid and non-prepaid card in order to use the Google Map API (I do not know if charges are applied immediately), the problem is that my country has restrictions on international cards that are all prepaid and additionally in the API the option to enter “Venezuela” as an option of origin of the card does not appear, this has as a consequence that since December I cannot use Google Map on my site, but the big problem itself is that it is impossible to enter an address to a property without an error appearing even if you do not enter any API and this does NOT allow the native search engine to work correctly, I want to DEACTIVATE GOOGLE MAP and be able to enter addresses manually and have them appear in the search results and in the preview of the posts, how can I do this?
