Problems with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Hello,

I am having a couple problems trying to make this plugin work in my website.

First, I entered the Google Analytics script on the blocking fields of the plugin, but it doesn’t seem like it does what it is supposed to do. When I click on accept cookies, Google Analytics script does not display in the page source. In addition, Google Analytics is not counting the views.

Second, how can I block Google Tag manager? What script do I have to use? And where do I insert that scrip, in the head or in the body? Now, when I accept cookies I get a some kind of Google Tag Manager code at the the top on the page. I am not sure what it is.
