problems with gateway using WooCommerce authorize.net DPM

Has anyone else had problems getting the gateway company to approve the WooCommerce Authorize.net DPM? I have gone round-n-round with them, they INSIST that I need an https:// on the page, and I cannot get them to approve…any suggestions?
