• Your plugin is very good but I found 2 errors.

1- The Grid gallery loses image quality and the image is cut off

2- The Masonry shows the image with the best quality, the problem what delay to accommodate the photos and not all the photos are loaded.

In my particular case, I would like to have a Grid that does not cut image and that does not lose quality.

I am using the Masonry because I do not lose the image quality the problem is that its structure is different from the Grid

Anyway I hope they solve those problems thanks for the plugin

Can you tell me what ratio selection you’ve selected for your gallery images? Can you tell me what thumbnail size you’ve selected?

I tried all the combinations, they all get shortened and lose quality (In Grid).
The images are small, however with other plugins, the size does not matter, they do not lose quality or it is shortened.
In Masonry does not lose quality or shorten, but it takes time in load and some photos do not load

I wonder if you can answer the questions I asked above? Or post a link to your page so I can see this?

I would be happy to look into this for you but without more information or even better a link I don’t know what to ask.

I can tell you that I have no issue with quality in my testing and I’m not aware of anyone else reporting issues like that with the gallery.

It is clear what I say in the grid gallery option (in all its formats it loses quality)
And in Masonry it does not lose the quality but it takes time to accommodate the photos so it takes longer to load and also when it does not load well it loads fewer photos.
I very much doubt that I am the only person with that problem

    Hey,
I sincerely want to help you ?? And I believe if we can work through the details of your setup and find the right information I can help you. I’m sorry if I’m not being clear in my requests so let me try again and if you can respond to each I’m sure I can help you with the gallery.

    1. Is there any way you can send me a link to your site? That means the URL where I can see the gallery you have setup and see the low-quality images? That will help me understand the issue and allow me to provide a solution.

    2. Can you tell me what ratio you are setting when you select the grid gallery? Just to be clear that is the setting with the arrow pointing to it in this image: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8u4GKyr

If your using inherit and your image is getting cut off that is telling, it means WordPress doesn’t have the image size storied in the database and a possible fix would be to regenerate thumbnails so that meta information can be added or re-upload the image so that meta information can be added.

    3. Can you tell me what image thumbnail size you’ve selected? To be clear that is the setting with the arrow pointing to it in this image:

If you are using “full” can you tell me what pixel size images you are using?

    Thanks for your response!

    Ben
