Problems with formating my pages

I have a blog on wordpress.com with the following problems

1. Cannot install any plugins as they seem to be reserved for .org profiles?

(Used Firefox but now changed to Chrome to get the version checker plugin, but still dont see any version)

2. Cannot put 2 or 3 images besides each other on my pages?

3. Cannot use css styling as this seem to be reserved for .org profiles?

4. Cannot change fonts when needed as this requires plugins or css coding and a dot.org hosting?

5. When I reply to a comment on my blog my reply is all in bold which looks quite silly

6. Cannot insert proper working tables without using CSS?

7. Cannot put visible title neither on top or bottom of images when placing them in a table

Hope any one can tell me how to fix those isues.
