Problems with first access without clean cache

I find that on woocomerce each time that a pc for the first time access to our frontend shop the pages are displayed bad like the cache is not purged before even if the browser is clean and never did an access to such pages.

We can display the woocommerce shopping page correctly only if we access on wp-admin and we clear the cache.

Why ?
Wha we can do ?
it is not resonable that who have first access to our online shop must view that!
