Problems with File Upload

I install the pluging and all works ok, but the file picker not.

I need it be obligatory, although I can only upload pdf, it lets me take any file, but then it does not let me delete it (it keeps thinking all the time), and if I put a pdf, it does not leave me and tells me that it is a required field …
