Problems with featured images on Twitter

    Ever since one of the recent updates (maybe started in 4.0.4, still there in 4.0.5), whenever I post one of my site’s links on Twitter, the image stays blank until I go to the SEO Framework settings and just hit “Save” to flush caches.

    After that, the image shows up immediately in the Twitter post.

    Any idea what’s going on?

    I’m not sure what could be the cause of this issue.

    Could you try inspecting a new post without hitting “save” to flush caches via the Card validator and see if errors show up? Feel free to share the log below the Card preview with me.

    Also, see if disabling the Object Cache via TSF helps mitigate the problem. You can turn it off via “SEO Settings -> General -> Performance.” If you don’t see the option at the bottom, then object caching is unavailable and turned off by default.
