This seems to be related to paying by digital wallet, specifically Google Pay.

OK, reset the entire plugin just in case it was a configuration error… can someone get back to me and also check if the apple pay thing is there?

    Hello @sreford

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

Foremost, we would like to reproduce the problem on your site. To do that, we need a full system report which contains details of our plugin. Please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin.
    4. After uploading, please share the link here so we can review the details thoroughly.

    Hello @sreford

We’ve seen a similar issue reported by another user, which was due to a webhook misconfiguration during the setup. They resolved it by re-onboarding the plugin.

Since you’ve already reset the plugin, could you check if the problem is still occurring and let us know?

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

Without another order coming in, it’s quite difficult to see whether the problem has been fixed or not.

    Hello @sreford

We’ve recently gained more insight into this issue and have discovered that the GPay button may not be functioning correctly in version 2.8.1. To address this, we’ve prepared a fix. You can download and install the package from the following link, and the issue should be resolved:

This fix will also be included in the upcoming release of the plugin.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
