Hello. I’m writing you hoping you’ll give me a solution about this issue that I’ve noticed only a few days ago.

When I try to open an event on my site, I cannot see informations about it like scores, field informations, scoreboard and videos, even if they are correctly setted into the plugin settings.

Beside that, I can see the comment section of my site, even if it wouldn’t be displayed, like I’ve setted on my wordpress site.

According to my observations, my question is:” Would it be a theme problem or a plugin problem? If it’s a plugin problem, do you have any clues in order to try fix it?”

Thanks to everyone who can give me advices

Hi @savvasha and thanks for your reply.

It seems that the patch you’ve just linked is working; all the event’s informations are correctly showed also with the Redis Cache Plugin on.

If there will be issues in future, I’ll be certainly back to you.

Thanks and have a nice day

Hi @savvasha thanks for your reply. If possible could I provide my site login details to you to apply the patch to my site. I’m not the best with the code so in case I make a mess of it. When I try to update the Sportspress pro plugin I get the error Update failed: Download failed. cURL error 18: transfer closed with 486642 bytes remaining to read. I’m a bit overwhelmed with how to get things sorted and to explain what I’m seeing on my end so maybe if you were logged in you could see how things are error wise and if it’s just something I’ve messed up. I’ve noticed some small issues that may or may not be relevant but the add new player button reads add new “post!, the add new team button reads add new “page,, the add new event button reads add new “post” . It may be clearer to you what the issues are if I provide login details.
