Problems with enhanced editor: links and accents

    Hi,

    I’m running WP2.3.3 with italian localization on a server with Debian stable. Untill now I ever used the text editor, and I’m upgrading my installation since the release 2.0.4

    Recently I wanted to use the enhanced editor but I got the following problems:

    • the links applet opens and empty window that I cannot close anymore
    • the accented vocals are not coded, and the ones previously coded by me are shown not coded with the result that I don’t understand which ones are coded or not.

    I deleted and copied all the files in wp-admin/ and wp-includes/ without apparent changes. Anybody may suggest me further actions?

    Today I ran the ‘UTF-8 Database Converter’ plugin with success.

    My previous question regarding the accents may be turned to another: is it necessary to code the accented characters with &Xgrave; like?
