    Hello! 

    We have already described the problems in detail to the email support, but we just don’t get any response or reaction to our messages from you. The tickets were written on 2023-04-25 12:39 and 2023-04-06 10:53. The situation is now very inconvenient and annoying, as we are already selling tickets which are now causing lots of manual work. Therefore, we are now trying it publicly. 

    We have bought several plugins from you and still have the following main problems:

    1. With the “Event Email Reminder Addon” plugin, we have set reminders 240 hours and 72 hours before the event and 3 hours after the event. The cronjob to send them also runs through and is visible in the “Event Reminder Log”, but no emails are sent.

    How can the problem be fixed?

    2. We have purchased a plugin “Woocommerce Event Manager Addon: Event Auto Cancellation” as an add-on development from you. When activating the plugin, the settings in the main plugin stop working and generate a fatal error:

    How to fix the problem?

    3. If a customer buys 4 tickets and then 2 should be cancelled by us. What would be the correct workflow here?

    4. We have other problems and need another add-on plugin, which we are happy to pay for, but for that we need to fix the existing problems first.
