Problems with email notifications

  • When you delete an account, you immediately receive 2 email notifications. How to fix it?
    Setting the sender’s name does not change anything.
    I just put the plugin, I did not touch it. What kind of childhood illnesses in the popular plugin?

    Hi @yraa,

    Are you referring to the 2 similar emails, can you please clarify what notification are you referring to?
    Do you use any SMTP plugin?
    Please try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    Yes, there are immediately 2 identical letters about the removal of the account to the user and administrator.
    All the default settings. No more plug-ins I use.
    I think you can reproduce the problem on a clean plug-in installation.

    I would like to delete some users, but I can not do it yet. Tell me at least in which part of the plugin to look for a problem?
