Problems with email

Hi,
I have a few problem with emails:
1. In Option “Footer text” in emails I have my own name, but in emails I can still see “LearnPress”.
2. I have problem with sending Emails – sometimes I get one email obout finished course as an admin, but sometimes I get 5 this same emails…

Both problems are from version 4.1.3. In 4.1.2 everything works good.
