problems with “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” plugin

    The neve theme is not fully compatible with the “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” plugin because with the Neve theme when I add something “before footer” nothing appears. If I switch to another theme it works. How I can fix this?Thanks a lot
